Please could any parents of college students provide tips for dorm living - for example, shower shoe suggestions, towels, etc... anything to prevent a waste of money. Thanks

Probably going to a dollar store or something would be good for the shower shoes.

One of these stores might have decent towels, too. Most probably don't, though.

Look for sales in department stores.
