The average core body temperature is 37C and it is most comfortable when the temperature of the environment is at 24C.

thats how it works my body temp always at 37C even you aspie dont understand how to get comforable you need to drink water everyday helps everything keeps you calmer and try to sleep at Hot night all i do is fan and i wish i had air con to cool down but this morning got down 23.2C not bad

If you can afford it, you should get an air-conditioner. At least get a fan.

Get a gel cooled pillow, they really do make a difference in cooling you down. Choosing the right type of bedsheet material for the temperature can help too.

Back in my old apartment when they never fixed the air conditioner. I get REALLY sick if I get too hot and can't get cool. I just filled up the bathtub and would take quick dips periodically and looked into other apartments.

Oooh! they sound good , I'm constantly switching pillows , turning them over , folding them in half trying to find the coolest part.

I sleep in just my pants. I have issues getting to sleep when not surrounded by something so I usually sleep under a thin bedsheet. There were times last year when it got so hot I slept completely in the buff though, but those were usually afternoon naps.
