I need to kill myself, i thought i would be clever and gamble small money but i ended up losing £5.00. I don't know what to do i have 85 in my bank now.

HOW AM I GOING TO LIVE HAPPY, GET A GIRLFRIEND, LIVE A GOOD LIFE IF I HAVE ONLY THAT IN MY ACCOUNT

I am shaking, i feel like i am going mad, i don't know what to do, every thing is going wrong, my stepbrother has more then me in every way, what do i do

You mustn't gamble; but you can still invest. When the chances of turning a profit or receiving greater value is less than 85% then it's a gamble; When your chances of receiving greater value in return or turning a profit is more than 85% then it's an actual investment. You can begin to turn our life around for the better IF you keep this in mind and put it into practice. Refrain from gambling. You lose more than you win when gambling.

I had to open a new thread because there are NO answers. I NEED to find a girlfriend to be able to have a family, kids and a future, i need money, i need to be able to drive.

Unrelated kind of but why would you gamble when you can do matched betting and not ever lose and always make a profit? You can lay bets on betfair and back them on another bookies site. You lose some money to make a profit basically, obvs you have to check the odds. Apparently a definite win today will be Man U vs Southampton, money on Man U. My friend does this constantly and he made a grand doing it this month easy. Just takes time. It's not gambling btw, it's literally putting money down and making small profits.

I thought you wanted to stop gambling. Also how is your employment situation?

I think Cricketman may be addicted to gambling. Aside from lotto games, I didn't know they had casinos in the UK. (Although I might be assuming too much.)

I know that casinos in the USA are sensory hell on earth, for me at least. My mom took me up to Reno so we could see the record snowfall in the Sierra Nevada. (We went with a tour group on a chartered bus, but NOT one of the infamous "casino buses".) Once we got to the casino, GAAAAAHHHHH what a freakin nightmare!

Supposedly all that stuff makes NT's want to gamble, but I couldn't get out of there fast enough. I preferred wandering downtown Reno, complete with creepy boarded up houses, falling down abandoned motels, crazy preachers, and filthy bums muttering to themselves, to the casino.

Warren Buffett has called gambling a tax on stupidity, since it mainly serves to strip desperate poor people of what little cash they have in exchange for empty promises of riches in a rigged game where the house wins 99% of the time.

Even worse is when people become addicted, like the OP might be, then basically the casino is no different from a street corner drug dealer pushing pills, only the casino is legal and the dope man isn't.

People's lives don't come together overnight. You need money so go get a job. Don't worry about getting fired because just like a person's first few relationships tend to not work out in life, their first few jobs usually don't either. But until you get fired or quit, or find a better job, at least you make some money. If it makes you feel better, look for a temporary job. As long as you show up and do what you are supposed to do, the odds of you getting fired are lower even if they don't like your performance, because the time it would take them to find someone else is sometimes longer than the work period.

And stop gambling on games. The odds are intentionally stacked against you by the house because the games have to be profitable to the house for it to stay in business. Casinos and lotteries are for fun, not profit.

To answer your question: live a long life of some quality and let nature take its course at the end. Duh.

You don't need anything. You think you need things because thats the homo sapiens thing to do and you see other homo sapiens doing them. You can decide things for yourself... getting there is complicated, or stupid, or something else. Just quit acting on impulse. Though you might want to try punching an appropriate inanimate object first.
