Not creepy uncomfortable, she just doesn't seem to know how to respect my boundaries or understand that "I don't know" means "I don't know". She's always asking me to rate my feelings and I'm always having to make stuff up just to appease her. I don't even know WHAT feelings I feel half the time, let alone what level they are. Plus she's new and doesn't understand the extent of my anxiety. She also once forced me to make eye contact with her. She's also younger than me and that makes me feel uncomfortable too. I don't like being pushed around by someone younger. I need someone at least the same age or older who knows a thing or two about autism.

I understand this very well. Can you get a different caseworker? If not, just be firm with her and consider explaining your ways to her in detail, or possibly in a note if that's more comfortable. If she asks you to look her in the eye, say no I will not. Or I don't feel comfortable doing so. She probably thinks she is helping you.
