Quote:
Sitting on the bed
Or lying wide awake
There's demons in my head
And it's more than I can take
I think I'm on a roll
But I think it's kinda weak
Saying all I know is
I gotta get away from me
The Offspring~ Gotta Get Away

Hello all I am a new bee here really happy to be on this forum. hope you all are doing well? :D I am a quotes lover so just thought of starting the thread regarding the same. So here are few of my favorite quotes-

Characters are not made they are revealed.
He who trusts the world the world betrays him.
Having a soft heart in this cruel world is courage not weakness.
This is a wrong generation for people with good hearts.
Character is how you treat someone who can do nothing for you.
Do not judge people by appearances because a rich heart may be under a poor coat.
Through kindness hearts are owned.
Not to have a thing is less humiliating than to beg it.
Haters are my favorite, I have built an umpire with the bricks that they have thrown at me.
in a world where you can be anything, be kind.

Hope you all would love these quotes. kindly share your favorites if any :)

''When you LOVE someone let them know.'' When its sticks and stones out in the snow, let it BLOW,
When it's breaking news coverage to make denial a SHOW, I'm only here for one more day, before my possessions are

So when you want to tag an old CROW, let it KNOW, before it dies cold and hungry out in the SNOW, the RSPB is the one on All Saints row and we'll get back there just before it KNOWS.''

I must not fear.

Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.

Only I will remain.

I read an article about this quote online once. It's very likely wrongly attributed to Albert Einstein and was actually written by some internet personality several years ago. I don't care who wrote it - it's the quote I like. I kind of wish the actual author would have taken credit for it vs. it being traced back to some internet alias.. but, then again, if it wasn't wrongly attributed to Albert Einstein, then it likely wouldn't be as widespread as it is and I may have never read it. Everything happens for a reason, I suppose.
