STOP TALKING..... you scare me...... :cry:

But yeah, you do have a point. Bush has been rather bad about picking people and prefers insiders way too much. That is part of the reason that so many people talk about denying the US the ability to have someone automatically accepted. Now, I am not sure if anything will actually be done to deal with that issue though.
