I notice the depression I've had for so long goes through peaks and troughs throughout the year, probably not enough to classify as having SAD, though.
One tends to see a lot more socialising going on in the warmer months (at least here, being a beach town) and that often negatively affects me if I already haven't been feeling good that day. It also makes me feel guilty as well, because I don't and shouldn't begrudge others their own happiness, but keep on trying (for all eternity, it seems!) to improve my own.
