Yesterday I wrote a piano piece. Today I.... brushed my teeth before 1PM? can I count that? Left the house, briefly. And watched the whole first series of "Spaced." Today was much harder work than yesterday.

removed the last vestiges of 78 rpm-generated noise from an old Fats Waller piano recording ["waiting at the end of the road"], corrected frequency imbalances, revectored bandwidth and dynamics, and put its sonics into a virtual concert hall.

^ that should sound exhilarating!

I'm just slogging through my days. Did email the attorney who is helping me figure out how to continue my business. Also picked some Black Krim tomatoes. Tore up some cardboard to feed the worms.

Made butternut squash curry. For the past two weeks, that squash has glared at me reproachfully every time I opened the fridge.

Made myself beans and toast for lunch. Not a massive achievement since I know I can do most of it unaided (the bits others have to aid me with are due to my visual impairment) but it's satisfying to sit down at the end of it and benefit from your hard work.

Finally sewn a thin foam of bra into a very thin and fit sleeveless shirt.

Trying now, and it wasn't painful. Or bouncy -- since mine isn't that big.

No more annoying tight straps on the underbust!! ! :) :D :D

I emptied and re-loaded the dishwasher, I am extremely repulsed by food yuck, so it was a major achievement that I did that without much gagging. (If I end up in my own place doing my own dishes, things will either be washed by hand or go into the dishwasher immediately after use rather than sitting in the sink getting disgusting, right now I live with a family who doesn’t put things in the dishwasher)

I finished another short story this morning - the first one for the year of 1862 in my Civil War saga. I have been struggling with this one because my special interests are continuously rotating, but I am proud of myself that I managed to stay on task, not get too distracted and completed something.

Caring for a post-surgical kitten, a dog in a cone, a sick cat, a sick child, and a sick self.

I also did a lot of phone calls and emails to customer service reps for various issues.

I got a lot of little things resolved.
