have learned,after stumbling several times on stairs in the past , to take each step carefully. watch my feet , , i dont take stairs for granted,anymore . even though this place has 2 sets of short stairs .
both have handrails , am always using handrails . hope you guys recover well from your falls .

I've been cleaning like a maniac today. I made a list of about ten chores but I get sidetracked with each one and now I'm doing about 30 things. I'm not even sure I've started any of the original ten. Bursts of energy from ADHD meds can do mysterious things. I just hope I can finish what I've started before my enthusiasm wears off and I become a scattered mess of dysfunction again.

I managed to ride my exercise bicycle for a total of 1hr

I refilled the soap dispenser in the bathroom. Apparently that is a major achievement in this family, even when the big container of soap is sitting on the counter right next to the dispenser Always just sits there empty until I fill it, every time.

I watered the plants.

walked up and down stairs 3 x very well but with much difficulty. but pain meds worked quite well
afterwards , so far ! . got a old refrigerator plugged in for testing . to be donated .

I paid more of my tuition for this term!

I managed to start reading a book about Economics

am up and moving around .......overcast ... rain expected . maybe a slow day .

I deactivated my facebook account

it took me two years to get so frustrated with facebook before i cut off from them.that was over 3 yrs ago . Did not like invasive apps or the feeds they would not quit sending me .

Facebook is what happens when the people who didn't get to sit at the cool kids' table grow up and create algorithms that could do anything in the world...and they create more cool kids' tables.

Managed to do some online research in terms of how to keep your computer safe from malware; though, nothing is foolproof.

Made it to creative writers group meeting.
