I fell in love with a book, a character, and an author.

I did a mile and a half on the treadmill, burned over 120 calories and my speed has increased from 1.5 to 2.2. I did four or five laps.

Today I finally ordered in an online store:a simple metal bookcase, a carpet, a swivel chair and some relatively minor things for my bedroom like several sets of bed linen, a jewellery casket etc. - in total, I ordered as many as 17 or 18 things :D I can only imagine those huge boxes I will get soon - many boxes :D I finally decided to spend the money from my old voucher I won the previous autumn :D The voucher covers 5 000 zlotys, it's a lot of money, since one USD is like our 4 Polish zlotys :D It was my best winning ever :D

Besides, I won a music album today :)

Spent some time reading up on how woodwind instruments work, as part of my second attempt to learn to play the recorder (36 years after the first). I'm better at doing things if I understand how they work, and my primary school teacher didn't think to explain to me the physics of a vibrating column of air...

Took advantage of the nice weather and did some weeding, though there’s still a lot of work to do (not well-tended to begin with and the one person in the family who really takes any initiative instead of just waiting around for someone else to do it has been out of commission for over a year). Hoping to really push myself on another workout after dinner.

Go rid of some unnecessary books; which, I hadn't read in many years now, so donated them to the library

awoken by amazingly salacious dreams, excitement persisted accompanied by vigorous tumescence which is not the normal state for old men, the state persisted until i took care of it. then got out of bed.

I took my senior cat to the vet and waited two hours for a series of blood tests.

Diagnosis - Pancreatitis.

Meh. Who knows. Of course he sold me medication and two types of prescription food. I'll try it and see but I'm not overly optimistic that it was even right diagnosis.
