Still in pain but managed to do an upper body workout with light weights and 100 squats.

Put an aftermarket stereo and speakers in the car. Still sounds awful but it's a slightly better awful than the OEM stereo.

I got out of my apartment and roamed around my area for 2 and a half hours. I was surprised when I looked at my watch when I got home.
