I drove nine hours round-trip, and lost my voice from singing the whole time.

I bought and made kefir. At least I think I did. I'll find out tomorrow if it worked.

Well it’s early and it’s raining .. So yard work might be on hold ..but did a whole lot of it yesterday .. my body is paying for it today . So maybe recovering from yesterdays yard work will be today’s accomplishment.
Am doing all the right things .. it should not take this long to recover from several hours of non-stop no break work .
Think am suppose to be doing more brain work than physical work as I age ?? But it’s a big yard with lots of rodentia type critters trying to do my flower bulbs in .

Very little apart from post on WP. I've hurt my back so hobbling around with a stick, can't do much, can't even bend.

Completed a tricky draft at work, partly thanks to morale boosts from several fun micro breaks on here. Thanks Radish!
