I managed to get in some walking though, with the heat I almost suffered from heat exhaustion.

I managed a short walk today, too, after a week of too much pain to do it. In regards to physical and emotional health, retirement can’t come too soon.

Using the 'power' of 'forgetfulness' as a means to abstain away from addictions.

For now it worked with sugar.
Really. I no longer seem to have a plan buy and binge on something this weekend.
