Took a short bike ride by myself, even though it gave me intense anxiety.

Actually got some grocery shopping done.. before all the crowds came, early in the day.
Panicking like with crowds is very hard to handle . But I try not to focus on it…doesn’t work very well…

Went on a twice as long bike ride and didn't get much anxiety when I saw other people. I saw the same people that I saw yesterday though.

Came to the consensus with my therapist that I needed some form of routine and limited down goals in order to make progress towards a much needed but much delayed major couple of changes.

day 1 - check
(Still frustrated by a lack of success in my first task attempt, but ... I guess it's the process. :?: )

Got weeds, etc. weed whacked down in the office garden. I had left up the Bidens as nurse plants to the peace lilies I transplanted a month ago or so, to shade the new transplants. They don't need it anymore. Now I can get in there with the mower. It is all chop and drop. No disturbing of the soil.

I drove (around a empty parking lot) for the first time and my aunt said that I did good. I'm so happy because I was terrified to drive and didn't think that I'd be able to do it at all.

Slept almost 11 hours
Visited my mother
Had a long chat with her doctor
Took a quick swim
Finished my book
Finished another book
Started a third book
Swept and steamed the floors
Grilled steaks and peppers
Brushed my dog and cats
Spent 6 hours with no electricity
(and counting…)

Me? Nope. I’m a very slow reader because I read every sentence several times, I take notes, and I seldom have more than an hour or two (max) to read at a time. It can take me a month or more to read some of my books.
