Reported probable child abuse of a kid I love to pieces.

Ate my feelings this evening.

nope nothing yet am hoping to,achieve alittle more rest ....please.

I walked seven miles.

i got exsanguinated at the lab and found a half-price dominos pizza deal. picked a few puffballs [proto-dandelions].

Managed to get into bed at 8pm, which felt amazing.

hmmm.... seems am functioning Okay on 5 hours sleep? very weird , but still want more sleep.

watered the front and back yards, before it became too hot..

Harvested the first new potatoes from my veg garden today. They were gorgeous.

Not much but at least I got my phone bill paid.

I wrote an IEP. I just need to revise it next week.

There’s only 3 days lefts if school.

not much.

finally got a old medical Bill paid..that i put off over 2 months , stopped by a farmers market bought some fresh lions mane mushroom and a gob of spinach. All done without my morning coffee

Got to weekly meeting of creative writers group.
Had lunch out with Liz from group and with Leo, widowed husband of Judy who was group's general ringleader and chief instigator until cancer finally took her from us summer of 2019 during a big flood of local river.
Arrived back home just as mail carrier gal was fixing to put a recently ordered airplane book in my mailbox.

I managed to finish a difficult (to me at least) mission in The Railway Empire game

got up outta bed, showered, exited house, drove, grocery-got, drove home in one piece. mission accomplished.

Got up made breakfast .. strange nootropic energy drink and keto cereal . And blueberries and still suffering some allergies. But have been cutting my caffiene intake a lot . So brain feels alittle off without it . Probably a bad habit anyways .
