I've found some motivation to avoid coffee and energy drinks while dealing with hard times in the future.

I won in FOUR contests today

I think I've got everything sounding like it should, so I think it's time to start putting songs together.

Made a start on fixing my armchair. I was going to dump it but I've decided to refurbish it instead.

I got groceries today. I got pork and beef.

Quarter of the way towards restoring my armchair. I'm so pleased with it. I can actually sit on it now without falling through it.

I'm going to strengthen it even more though and I've ordered some new covers for it.

Renewed my home insurance. That was a long phone conversation.

I've managed to go out of my mind.

I have to take this one medication that comes in a bottle that's really hard to open for the first time before the seal is broken. The first time I got the meds, I tried over half an hour before asking a neighbor to open it for me. After that, I've had new bottles opened by a coworker, my mom, a guy in my support group and once I even went back to the pharmacy to have it opened! But today, I finally managed to open one myself. Took a while and had to use a knife, but it worked.

...And it's late and I should be preparing for bed, but I remembered this thread and just had to share.

I entered many contests - as of now, it's already as many as 52 Facebook contests that I am impatiently waiting for the announcing the results of which

And, oh, I also added as a friend on FB some girl - now, of course, an adult woman like myself - who was in one class in elementary school with me

I found on the Internet another writing contest and I'm going to enter it (I already have a short story that fits it) There are as many as three such writing contests I'm going to enter, so far

I climbed a tree and some rocks.

Now - it's already four such writing contests And oh, I ordered two books - Stephen King's and Lucinda Riley's ones

Wiped out CIT with a nuclear bomb.

Pushed a 50 pound bag of dog food up a 1/4 mile hill to the house.Truck in shop and Fedex afraid of my driveway.

I managed to get the back yard mowed in one shot. I didn't need a break or anything. I'm pleased by this...haven't been able to do that since last spring before I got the covids. Progress. Nice.
