Please post the pictures. I’d love to see the purple orchid like one. :D

I got one sleeping pad repaired.

Did yoga/stretched, which helped my back pain for all of 3 hours before it felt worse than before. f**k.

Also I cleaned the cat boxes and cleaned Malo's enclosure.

Did a fair bit of exercise
Bought sweet potatoes, and made sweet potato fries, which are high in potassium
Filled out a table of nutrition info for foods I should eat
Stuck to items on my diet, but ate too much
Figured out how to drain excess fluid from my legs, but not how to keep them that way
Did a lot of medical research

Well, I know I achieved nothing by voicing my anxiety.
I learnt it's better to keep it to yourself
Lest it be misconstrued.

Stoic.

Agreed. :(

I can now reliably pick up my 12 foot, 42 pound Mohawk solo canoe, put it on my shoulders and carry it 1/2 mile. This ability is critical for my summer canoe trip. It's taken me six months to get this far. Previously health and other issues combined to weaken me.

I slept at least 4.5 hours.

When I woke up I was shocked because:
I hadn't brushed my teeth, brushed my hair, or changed into my nightgown.
I was on top of my weighted blanket, and my curtains were still open.
I wasn't using any blindfolds, any earplugs, or my mouthguard.
I only had one pillow instead of six.
My phone, laptop, and glasses were still beside me on the bed.
My laptop was wide open.
I had been in the midst of a conversation with two online friends when I zonked out.
(Sorry about that!) ^
Our conversation was frozen on the screen because my laptop went to sleep.
I had nearly rolled on top of my glasses.
My red night lamp was still turned on.
My bedroom door was wide open even though I have houseguests.
Normally I keep my pets with me with the door shut, especially if I have guests.

Despite all of this, that was the best and longest sleep I've had in months.

Got up at a decent hour and went to a cafe.

Took out garbage and compost. Cleaned a bit.

Went to a gift shop and found a few treasures.
