I got out of my apartment.

I cut down a 10 foot tree in the front garden with my chainsaw. Currently chopping it into firewood and shreddings.

Chopped another tree down. I'm now knackered and drenched in sweat, taking a breather before going back out to drag the branches around the back of the property to chop up smaller /shred.

I won a set of really pretty dark red towels - and there were more than 300 people who entered the contest, while only three people were going to win - and one of those, as it turned out, was me

Chopped up a tree with secateurs saving sticks and logs for firewood and small stuff to shred to use as garden mulch.

Last Christmas one of my relatives gave me one of her cookie recipes that I'd been asking for, and today I finally got myself to actually try and use it. The first patch burned a bit at the edges, and the second one had a few cookies that expanded in the oven a bit too much and melted together, but other than that, they turned out fine. Definitely making some for my birthday again 'cause that's when the said relative is likely to visit. Gotta prove that I'm actually making them.

I've been so busy. I moved everything out of my living room into a smaller area of my flat so it'll be warmer for the winter time.

I've made it through another Tuesday Zoom session of online therapy.

I won a voucher for buying something in an online bookstore, as well as a jar of honey

I'm supposed to be learning mindfulness and emotional regulation during those sessions, but I just don't seem to be getting it. I'm a big, fat baby.

I indeed win a lot of things in various online contests

Upto now I've done 11 miles on my bike and the 200 squat challenge.

Taken the chainsaw to the final largish conifer in the front garden and dragged the branches up the drive ready to cut up. Good bit of exercise plus a necessary job well done.

I got out bed this morning.
