The format of this thread is similar to the NT/AS hotline thread in the General Autism Discussion folder. This gives those people outside of parties such as the Republicans, UK Conservatives, Aus. Liberals, etc., or of differing factions within those parties, to ask questions in order to clear up confusions or misconceptions about certain policy issues.

Since I want this to be a learning experience, I would like to see a far higher degree of civility than what is usually seen in PPR, because I don't want to see this thread be locked.
