Most yogurt just has regular table sugar (sucrose). Chobani tends to have less sugar than other brands. Among the different types of sucrose (fine, granulated, raw, turbado, brown sugar, etc), there isn't really much difference in how your body metabolizes it. But fructose is a different story.
