When you cry too much, do you throw up from crying?

I haven't cried in years. No doubt an alexithymic thing. But that sounds pretty extreme - what is upsetting you that much? Is it not unusual to throw up from crying too hard?

I never have & I cried a lot at times when I was suffering from a sever depression.
