Finger flapping/movement ?? any1 can provide me info?

I bounce my right knee or my right middle and ring finger will "clap" on my the heal of my right hand.
I don't notice until it hurts.

I too type in the air, or twist my fingers, or just flutter my fingers like I'm trying to feel the wind or something. I also hand flap, and clap my hands alot.

What is 'twisting' of the fingers like? I'm finding it hard to visualise that.

I do just about everything mentioned here so far except the turning around, walking away, turning around, walking back thing.

Twisting your fingers is like when you put your fingers in knots, or making your fingers in like a pretzel, I do this alll the time, it just feels right I don't know.
