this in itself being an anti-cat thread thread is a cat related thread so you are adding to the cat thread problem.

No-one is forcing to you to look at the cat threads! If you don't like them then don't read them, it's THAT simple. If there were pro child porn threads or pro KKK threads then you'd have every right to complain, but a few cat threads aren't doing anyone any harm!

I agree, we should have fewer cat threads. Lets start something completely different!
