I stick it in there, pull it out and then put it back in. It feels even better when the ear is cold. It brings a "ahh" feeling. :lol:

I tried doing it when I read that , and it didn't do much for me except I could hear my pulse , when I did both ears it was very loud :roll:

It's a great stim! Another one of my favourites is rubbing my knuckles back and forth across the backs of my other fingers (it's hard to explain).

When my ears itch, I put my finger in them and give a quick scratch, so people don't see me and think I'm digging in my ears. I don't want to give off the idea to others that I'm "brain damaged."

My ears tend to itch quite a bit, especially when I get a cold. I scratch around my canal rather vigorously sometimes. I guess it looks a little cuckoo...but oh well!
