Does anybody here favor analog synthesizers and drum machines? I like the vintage Moog synthesizers, the ARP Pro Soloist, Roland TB-303, Roland TR-808 and Roland TR-909 drum machines, and the Linn LM-1 and Linn LM-2 drum machines.

What analog music equipment do you people like?

Always filled with curiosity,

I've sadly never played an analog synth, but I do like the sounds they can produce. The Novation Bass Station II has an especially cool sound going about it.

I also know a little bit of the Fairlight CMI sampler, which was introduced in 1979.

My tastes have drastically changed! I don't mind digital piano, but in general, I really do not care for electronic music and/or instruments of any sort. I much prefer acoustic instruments- including autoharp, dulcimer, banjo, piano , and woodwinds. And of course, the human voice. Other wise, its just sound effects to me.
