Why do people keep grossly over exaggerating NK's power? NK is a teeny tiny country in its infant stage of developing nuclear weaponry.

The article presumes a situation that does not exist. The original war from the 1950's never ended. The fighting ended with a cease-fire not a peace agreement. I would think as commander and chief he can order military action against a country we are at war with.
