What is the first thing that comes to mind when you think of bicycles and cyclists?

In my area? Wealthy upper middle class people riding around on $5,000 carbon fiber bikes... Usually in the middle of the day.

Pretentious people who think they're better than everyone else just because they ride bicycles.

That hurts... Anyone who rides in city will have it happen at least once.

I was going downhill at decent speed... I also didn't have enough room to swerve, I remember it being rush hour. Honestly, I don't recall why I didn't swerve. I remember riding, door and bang. Thankfully I only had two cracked ribs and road rash. I do remember being pissed at the bimbo while she was upset because she spilled her Starbucks

learning to ride them (on an old, green second hand bike that was definitely too large for me; had trouble getting on and off)

People who believe that they have the right away whenever their on the street or the sidewalk. They almost never fallow the traffic laws when they're on the road & I have to wait for them when the crosswalk says go because they're going when they have a red light. It's illegal for them to ride on the sidewalk here but lots do anyways & they bump into me with the handlebars when they pass me from behind & I have to get off the sidewalk so they can pass when they're coming from in front of me. I have no problems with the 1s who fallow the rules but they're in the minority here.

^ unfortunately that is very relatable. Too many cyclists act as if they are on the only ones in the traffic.

Falling off my bike and scraping my arm or knee when I lived in Indiana.
