I always make whomever I'm talking to uncomfortable no matter if it's a group or a one on one. Especially males.
I prefer talking one on one though. It's less to worry about I think.

The worst is party-style situations, where there's a large group and you're expected to make small talk with individual people at random. Then, I tend to stand around alone. Sort of the worst of both worlds.

One-on-one for sure is easier for me, interesting to find numerous people here who prefer group conversations, wasn't expecting that.
