I would say graying cuz some guys look kewl bald if they shave it all off.

Balding to me. Some people, both men and women, look quite nice with grey hair, especially if they've cheated a bit and put silver or white highlights in. But balding ... I don't know, it seems to have some connection with something going wrong, when all your hair's falling off you (again, both men and women go bald). Plus grey hair doesn't automatically make you look older, but balding seems to, especially if left unshaved.

I'd rather have gray hair than none at all, especially since there is more stigma about women suffering from hair loss than there is about men.

I'm virtually all gray, and have a receding hairline with a small bald spot.

If anything, this has increased my appeal.
