I’m going buy a new iPad, is it best to buy it at Best Buy or can you buy one at Walmart? It’s true cheaper stuff not very good. Is it good to have cellular on your iPad or your phone is enough? Is 32 GB better?

The store doesn't matter. The iPad model does. If you keep a lot of videos and graphics on your iPad, then you'll want more space. 32 gig is a good amount of space, better than my 8 and 16 gig phones. No video on the phone for me though, only in the cloud.

I have an iPad mini 2 with 32 Gb storage and wifi capabilities. Last year, I picked it up at Walmart on Black Friday for $299 + tax. I have not had any problems with it so far, but I do not use it that much (maybe twice a month to watch online movies or take pictures). Most of my computer time at home is spent on a decade old Toshiba laptop.

If you get an iPad, spend some money and get a decent protecting cover for it. The one I have (Thule) has saved my tablet a few times already.

Thanks, what model number should I look for? Did they stop making iPad Air? Is there a way I can put my music in the iPad from CDs?

You can use CD ripping software and import your music into iTunes. Apple Music and Spotify are also easy ways to listen to music, and even YouTube. The iPad Air is rather old but it will still run the latest operating system for now. You can buy a refurbished iPad Air for around $200 now.

I’m not technologically smart. I have an iPad Air, it not working too good, maybe because it old, it good it not my fault. I brought a new iPad at Walmart, I brought care protection for 2 years :D

Great idea. :) Apple tech support may also be able to show you how to get your CDs onto your iPad. I also like the explanation in this article: https://support.apple.com/kb/ph20501?locale=en_US

Is your new iPad much faster? Do you also put videos on it?

Tap Settings, then General, then Reset. You can wipe your entire phone from there.
