I can not get through the paywall. But what I think this is about is that the Trump administration is going to give "defensive" weapons to Ukraine.

If Putin fixed the election, similar to the people who attended Trump U he becomes another Trump con victim.

The Democrats by harping on the Trump-Russian collusion might have destroyed Obama's Russia "reset".
