I'm absolutely fine with this type of inequality. Male bartenders are the worst. I don't want to make small talk, or worse, get advice from a bartender. Is anyone else sick of guy bartenders?

Not like female bartenders don't also make small talk...
I've never experienced a bartender giving me advice, or recall anyone I know mentioning that occurring...seems like more something that might happen if its a customer the bar-tender has gotten to know well, but yeah I can't really picture one offering advice to just a random customer.

Female bartenders make a bar so much better. I will walk in and walk out if the bartender is a guy. I can't see why I would want a guy bartender unless I was gay.

Seriously?
Sorry to sound so rude, but I don't understand this for the life of me. You're in no way obliged to converse with the bartender to begin with, but letting a bartender's sex dictate whether you decide to go into a particular bar or not is frankly stupid. Why should that be any sort of factor as to your enjoyment?

How often do gay guys go to gay bars and see women bartenders? Never, ladies don't work at gay bars. Why are gay bars hiring based on sex and straight bars aren't? It would improve business, for sure.
