Has anyone tried it? Does it really work? Is it safe?

Save your money. Number 1, your chances of being the victim of identity theft are very slim. Number 2, IF, you are a victim, your liability is non-existent. Number 3, The worst that will happen is you will become aware of a loan or something against your credit. You notify the "creditor", tell them you are not the debtor. They investigate and part of that is for you to sign an affidavit of forgery. Done

This from the retired id theft investigator.

I don't have it, but I check my credit 2-3 times a year and just be very careful about giving personal info out.
