cancer that ought to be done away with, if autistics want to be taken seriously.

i usually hear it from those who have just been diagnosed, as opposed to the ones who've lived with the label for a while..

Seems to come from those who had a recent diagnosis of mild high functioning autism. What I think of as noob autistics who just joined the club so to speak and don't have a very good or realistic understanding of autism or of neurotypicals.

Delusional

As with all positive thinking it might help a person by inflating their self esteem but reality will hit and the supremacist will not be prepared for it.

They tend to be evangelical about it making it seem like there are more of them then there are. Partially because of this many autistics equate the nuerodiversity movement with supremacism and elitism.

It is a gigantic black cloud over anything to do with autism.

It's short-sighted ignorance.

Are you referring to a concept or an ongoing campaign by that name?

It's a rage-concept from the immature. They grow out of it.

I think it’s about as brilliant as having Stephen Hawking’s disease, dragging yourself on your wheelchair to the middle of a field where some healthy and brawny jocks are playing rugby, and insulting them through your speech synthesizer.

I can't imagine anything that comes with co-existing conditions such as anxiety, panic attacks, depression and physical manifestations such as headaches and stomach problems can make anyone feel normal, let alone superior.

What about those Autistics who have severe executive disfunction and learning disabilities? Who can't even grab a juice to drink? What is so supreme about those people? I would not like to be this way.

I think of it the same way I think of NT surpremecy, and of Aryan surpremecy, and so on. This way:
