Sorry for my english but I'm not native.

BTW any of you have this too?
When I hear my favourite songs or it happens something I start running in my house like I'm a sprinter for some seconds...then I feel normal again.
it's like I need to let this energy comes out of my body, what do you think?

I don't get if this is an aspie trait, ADHD related or what...

I don't know if it's the same sort of thing, but I quite often get really excited when thinking about my interests. I will be really engrossed in reading about something, and then, when I stop to think about what I have read I realise that I feel really excited, and I want to get up and bounce around the room as if I were five years old.

I can be like that too, and become very excited when engaging in something I enjoy - sometimes to the point of not wanting to do anything else! Even just thinking about it can make me feel energised and positive.
