I love trees. I love the way they smell and feel and the quiet ecosystem within their sphere.

I love trees and forests. I'd like to live in The Black Forest in Germany.

I like trees! I like how diverse they are and all of the differences the varieties of trees have, like different leaves, fruit, bark, etc. They're cool organisms.

Trees in the winter, like it was today during my walk.

The artist Christo was famous from his covering from buildings and other objects. He did it just for the art.
Somewhere on the planet they are covering trees to protect them for fire. Very very high trees.

Over the last year or so several sycamore trees (saplings) have appeared in my front and back gardens. They seem to germinate very easily from airborne seeds. One of them, which showed up only about 18 months ago, is already about 15 feet tall. Not sure what to do about these - some of them are right up against the walls of my house, and could affect the foundations if allowed to grow. I don't want to kill or uproot them, but some sort of management is clearly required. Any suggestions?

I would kill the ones undermining your foundation.

Yup, absolutely love trees. They are wonderful. Love the pictures you include here, especially the trees being protected from fire. I live near where there have been major wildfires the last few years and if you love trees, this is beyond painful to see, so the picture of the trees being protected is very comforting.

I like trees and forests.
It is fascinating for me that and how plants, trees and fungi communicate with each other.

Forester "Peter Wohlleben" tells full of passion about the communication between trees and plants in his books.
Maybe you know him allready.

Yeah. More nature, really.

I like gardens with houses (trees can be there), and I like being close to forests, as being within them is one of my biggest hobbies. Forests + mountains = my ideal world. I'm in forests far more than I am in society outside of home. It's peaceful, usually. I like the simpleness, and how everything is right there; there's no need to bring the [modern] man-made complexity of the outside world with you, and it doesn't exist there either.

I'm just a simple person, really.

I try to plant a few new ones every year.
Last year I planted some magnolia varieties.

I love trees but it is one of my most difficult genre to photograph.
