The only good Christian is a Gnostic Christian. True or false?
A nutshell view of Gnostic Christianity is expressed in the first two links. The third shows the attitude and result of Christian and Gnostic Christian interaction. I should point out that Gnostic Christianity does not hold to any supernatural belief, although I know that the literature, mostly written by those who won the God wars, wants to show that we do. Our myths have a lot of supernatural entities but they are myths, not reality.

I heard the saying in the title of this O. P. some time ago and after looking at the moral aspects of both ideologies/ theologies; --- I think that statement to be true from a moral point of view.
Do you?

Any religion where the adherents don't procreate would probably get bonus points in Richard Dawkins' book.

The only good Christian, in my view, is one who actually lives their life according to the precepts laid out in the New Testament. I don't know how much you know about Marcion (probably a lot), but according to the little information we have about him (most of which, unfortunately, is from his opponents), he based his beliefs upon the ten texts within the N.T. that were authored by St. Paul, and Luke's gospel. He rejected Titus, 1 and 2 Timothy, Hebrews, James, 1 & 2 Peter, 1 & 2 & 3 John, Jude & Revelation, probably because most of these other, non-Pauline, texts hadn't been fabricated yet. Within the Antithesis he lays out many, if not most, of the glaring contradictions between the god of the Old Testament and the God of the New. This is a good introductory document:

Apart from Ecclesiastes, I never bother with the Old Testament. It's just too depressing, boring, and presents a 'god' to us who is positively psychopathic.
I guess that he would hate what is happening to the reproductive cycle in all of the West. We are being taken over by needed immigration as. religious reasons or not, we are not reproducing enough to sustain our present nationalities.
I am not sure if selfishness is the cause or just us not wanting to support kids.

I agree with this last.
Without midrash, and especially reading it literally, none of the bibles wisdom shines through.
That is why I read scriptures esoterically or as allegory.
That is thinly way to make sense of it and actually get a how to menu out of it.
Look at how hard you have to dig though and how even small changes make a big difference.
