Isn't methamphetamine an ADHD medication? Adderall is also related to it, I think.

Time to get an Adderall prescription. :P

i can tell you from my own experience at least [YMMV] that for those of us on the spectrum, medicinal speed [amphetamines to stimulate the frontal lobes] don't give us the ol' eyes-open-wide effect. and meth is FAR stronger.

I took Adderall(?) for ADHD when I was around seven, and then ended up throwing a chair on the first day of school because I didn't like how taking it felt which made me freak out and get angry. 8O I don't know how I'd react as an adult, but good thing I can't take stimulants now anyways.

hmmm, you know there are at least 7 types of ADHD, and one of them that dr. daniel amen terms "the ring of fire" he says that stimulants are absolutely contraindicated with that type of ADHD for the reason you described. calming agents and not stimulants are needed for that.

Ohh, I've never heard of that before. Right now I take Strattera for my ADHD. I know it's not a stimulant like Adderall is, but I also don't think it's a calming type of medication either. It seems to work okay though.

for us it is calming. my former insurer "group death" stopped covering it because the price of it was too dear [$20/capsule] but when they did allow me to take it, it calmed me, my intentional tremor went away, i could be both relaxed and clear-thinking for the first time in my life. so it is precisely the med for ring of fire types and also whatever type i was.

The ability to fully control yourself.

Like for example people who have intrusive thoughts can't help it and can't control it, but with the ability to fully control themselves they wouldn't have intrusive thoughts because they would be fully in control of themselves. If an autistic person wants to speak (but can't) they should. This can also go for people who have addictions, depression, mental illness, and etc.

speaking from personal experience, hip pain is resistant to the strongest narcotics. oxycontin doesn't touch it.

A southern hemisphere calendar.

By that I mean one that is backwards like the seasons and you can still celebrate Christmas in winter in places like Australia and New Zealand.

I would say the biggest reason why this wasnt invented because Australia and New Zealand were colonized before Christmas was commercialized.

By commercialized, it became associated with decorations, snow, Christmas food.
