I think I'm an empath

Hi,

Do you think it's possible to have asperger's and be an empath? Over the past couple of days, I've been doing some research on HSP and such and I've come to believe that I am very likely an empath. Isn't that quite a strange combination though, having asperger's and being an empath? Does anyone else here (think they) have this unusual combination of conditions?

It's entirely possible in my opinion. While there are some people on the spectrum that lack empathy, others on it don't. That being said, I believe I am an empath myself. I think a lot of people that feel they are, tend to be, but that's more or less just my opinion.
