Their surname actually seems to be ethnically Christian Polish and it ends with "-wski" / "-vski" suffix.

Their surname is dervied from name of a city in Poland.

I thought it could be a Jewish surname but I checked it and the Jewish variant ends with "-wer" / "-ver":

the couple reminded me of Elizabeth and Philip ( Nadezhda & Mischa ) , are they Russian spies :lol:

LOL. Maybe former spies / defectors. I think they might be Polish Sybiraks:
