I'm a doctor of medicine. I accidentally found an effective natural remedy for Autism. I need help from the best scientific research institutes and clinics. Seriously....there can never be "one remedy" for autism.

There are many causes of autism. And there are often co-morbids which interact with the autism, which must be attended to as well--otherwise, any "remedy" is useless.

What "substance" does the OP believe can be a "remedy" for autism?
