Had a strange experience again last night.
If anyone could explain what this is, I'd be interested to hear it.
Or maybe everyone has it and I've only just caught up.
When I'm in bed before sleep, it's like someone suddenly puts a warm, heavy blanket on me.
All my muscles relax instantly (this never happens unless I'm on dope) and I don't want to really explain the rest of the experience as it gets a bit weird from there.
Let's just say I have some intense feelings.
Anyway, this happened last night.
Then I came out of it.
Then I consciously made it happen again.
I thought it could be some kind of sleep paralysis, but you wouldn't be able to do that consciously, would you?
And I'm still awake when this happens, haven't drifted off.
I didn't think to check if I could move during it, I was too in awe of the experience.
I could move freely when I came out of it.
I've had this a few times before.
It actually feels really nice, I'm not scared of it or anything, just really curious to know what it is.
