Is it? If not how can two companies have the exact same name, it’s be like having another apple who sells shirts. I’m confused as I imagine people would be if there were two apples or two microsfts or two Sony’s. Thought company’s get their name trademarked and no one else can use the name. It I can’t find anything about them being connected on google search

They're made by different companies.

Different companies both started by someone called Stanley.

Don't try to drive nails with a flask or carry coffee with your hammer.

Stanley was both a common first and last name in the old days.

But...T.K Maxx is used in the UK to avoid confusion with T.J. Maxx in the US.

Maybe one Stanley should have inserted initials into its name.
