For those of you that work at schools, what is the hardest part of the job? Have schools gotten worse or better over the years? What have your experiences working in schools been like?

I used to work in teaching. By far the worst part was internal politics and corruption.

My mom's a retired preK teacher. She says the worst thing about it was the politics. There's lots of rules & regulations they insist you follow & it's impossible to follow them all & actually do any of the teaching your supposed to do.

She says the best thing about it was creatively teaching the kids by having fun.
