Got suddenly messaged for an in-person interview and it got scheduled for tomorrow! But the position... AmeriCorps like the last one but I mostly applied to it because it's local to me... I mean, the position involves teaching poor local families how to budget their money and my field involved education in the past but about something completely different... Uhhhh???

It wasn't much of an interview, lady took my resume, talked to me for like 2 minutes and said "we'll get back to you in two weeks if we are interested" It didn't sound that fun either, she said a major part of the position was filing tax returns for people...

That's not too bad.....Most people in that financial position have simple tax returns, anyway.

Given your financial position, never mind if the job is fun. Take the job if offered.

Another interview! Early next month for one of the nearby AmeriCorps positions I am actually interested in! Yay!
