Hello, everyone! Anyone else have/had sleep issues? My sleep schedule is so bad that it made 1st year barely possible to complete and I can't find any evening departments or distance education for undergraduate physics or maths studies :( Any suggestions would be nice.

I've had sleep problems in the past due to anxiety or stuff on my mind. I had a hard time falling asleep & staying asleep. Some of the problems were cuz I was single & HATED sleeping alone. I also had eps of sleep paralysis & night terrors too. I sleep a lot better nowadays cuz of meds & I have a girlfriend that I usually sleep with. The sleep problems I have now is because I don't have a consistent sleeping schedule.

That sounds nice. I also sometimes have quite a bit of thoughts when I'm trying to fall asleep, but am cautious of the meds (plus I often forget to take them or hate it that many of them are sweet or have to be taken with water.)
