Hurricane Maria: Puerto Rico mayor derides Trump actions

Puerto Ricans are fully US citizens, but while they reside in Puerto Rico they don't get to vote for president.
Now that the 8% - 264,000 - have moved elsewhere in the US, largely to Florida, they are eligible to vote for president, as well as for the offices of senate and governor in the states they now reside.
