Are there any good books on disability history?

I noticed- and am extremely annoyed by- the fact that even in the civil rights section my us history class did not once mention any part of disability history.

As such I would like to know of any good history books on it specifically.

Diagnosed autistic level 2, ODD, anxiety, dyspraxic, essential tremors, depression (Doubted), CAPD, hyper mobility syndrome
Suspected; PTSD (Treated, as my counselor did notice), possible PCOS, PMDD, Learning disabilities (Sure of it, unknown what they are), possibly something wrong with immune system (Sick about as much as I'm not) Possible EDS- hyper mobility type (Will be getting tested, suggested by doctor) dysautonomia

"Neurotribes" by Steve Silberman and "In a Different Key" by John Donvan and Carol Zucker for autism. They go over similar information with a different point of view and emphasis.
