Are you annoyed when you are in a building and the roof is leaking?

Only if the building belongs to me and I need to make (possibly expensive) repairs.

I am if it's my apartment and the water has soaked or damaged my stuff, like it did a few times in the spring because of melting snow inside the attic. It stopped when the landlord had the entire roof rebuilt last summer.

Too many businesses (and homeowners) forget the maintenance schedules conveniently for certain improvements that simply MUST be done, or damage will accumulate. Better the sell at a loss than turn a blind eye to maintenance.

Just today I was at a Taco Bell and the ceiling started dripping where I was sitting. I had to move to another table.

He he, was just reading this as it started raining. There's something not quite right about the flat roof of the dormer in my room (I rent an attic space.) It doesn't leak, and the gutters aren't clogged, but water drips onto the sloping roof in several places, and the drips just won't make a nice funky, coherent rhythm, which drives me nuts after a while. It sounds almost like there are little goblins chasing each other around on the roof (hmm, actually I haven't looked to make sure, maybe there are?! 8O )

Same here but I'll also add it doesn't bother me if me or my stuff isn't getting dripped on.
