Thanks for the welcome but I've decided this isn't the right place for me after all.

It is called the autistic spectrum because everyone is so different, so you really need to study things and decide what applies to you. You may never get the "aha moment" of joining a group and finding out that "everyone is just like me." This isn't that sort of group. Not even like LGBTQ, where you can easily find subgroups of really similar people.
